Concept Description
The façade of upper secondary school Lyseo is used as a stage for Trilogy of Light, the first ever permanent light-sound-image installation in the urban environment in Finland. Shown in the dark seasons’ evenings Trilogy of Light combines varying lighting, video images, laser effects and music. Jukka Korpihete has used a whole new technique to create and bring a “campfire story” into urban space. Light of Trilogy comprises three different acts: spring (Energia), autumn (Elegia) and winter (Talviuni) and they are shown from September to March.
