Jyväskylä Church Park

Church Park is located right in the middle of the city, in front of the City Hall and City Theatre. The park brings green comfort to the city centre and is a popular place for relaxing and strolling. The tranquil illumination of Church Park provides a good counterbalance to the colourful and luminous pedestrian precinct. The façade lighting of the City Church emphasises the architecture of this central building. Warm red brick façades contrast with cold white light on the roof structures. Red gravel paths are glowing in warm light, and also the statues and some trees are illuminated in the park area.
