Concept Description

The aim of the school building’s façade lighting on Sepänkatu street is to emphasise the structure and better highlight the location, which has historical architectural significance, and also to make the area more pleasant. The beautiful relief of the Sepänkatu main entrance has been emphasised with light. Large brick walls at both ends of the building are lit with warm white light and the old chimney appears in reddish light. They contrast with the rows of pillars that are highlighted by cool white LED lights. On the Sepänaukio side of the main building an ao logo is created on the façade wall with light. The logo changes by season.
