Heijasteita (Reflections)

To celebrate the light theme of the New Oulu Celebration Year, the City of Oulu received the light art installation “Heijasteita”, designed by Tapio Rosenius, as a donation from the North Ostrobothnia Regional Fund of the Finnish Cultural. The installation can be found on the Pohjankartano façade and can be seen both inside and outside the building.
