Derby Business Park

Derby Business Park is a new development consisting of three office buildings in the Perkkaa area of Espoo, near Helsinki. Derby’s occupiers include Siemens and the construction company SRV Oyj. Derby is applying for the LEED Gold certification, and the energy efficiency of lighting has been a particular focus of attention there. Conference rooms, corridors and outdoor areas are fitted with OSRAM’s and Siteco’s LED lights and LED strips. Some luminaires are controlled by a DALI lighting control system, allowing for an energy efficient use of the premises in various situations and at different times of day and night. The conference rooms are lit by Sitecon Lunis2 LED lights with DALI controls, and the corridors by OSRAM Ledvance L downlights. The light stripes in the corridors have been created with the high-performance OSRAM LINEARlight Power Flex LED strip.
